What is Delta 8-THC? Well let’s start this by saying that it is legal. Delta-8 THC was made federally legal by the 2018 Farm Bill, allowing for all derivatives, cannabinoids of hemp with the exception of Delta-9 THC. Delta-8 can produce some psychotropic effects that are less potent than Delta-9 THC. Yes it will produce psychotropic effects and relax you like its big brother. It is milder than Delta-9 and wont cause some of the negative effects that might have been associated with its big brother.

Delta 8-THC falls right in the middle of CBD and Delta-9. For those of you who didn't already know, Delta 9 THC is the part of the cannabis plant that is responsible for getting you high, marijuana and hemp are the same plant, but hemp is defined as a marijuana plant with less than .3% Delta-9 THC. Hemp is used to make everything from clothing to food to CBD. But many in hemp draw the line when it comes to psychoactive effects.

There are so many options on the market from gummies to vape cartridges to flower that smokes just like marijuana ( it is missing delta-9 so its legal) whether you are using it to chill out, relieve some pain, meditate or just to enjoy a movie more there are options for everyone. So enjoy!

With congress and the DEA trying to catch up on this loophole now is your chance to get some Delta 8 THC before the government over regulates yet another product.
